Stronger Legs With The Lunge

I did this video as a live for my private members group, but I thought I’d share it with you, because it has some extremely handy tips to get you stronger and moving more effectively
Lunges aren’t necessarily for everyone, because some of you do experience pain (in particular knee) when performing them
However…
If you can get on top of these issues (which is not impossible) then you can really load the lunge up and get very strong
