Slow cooked lamb

 

Ready in 6-8 hours

Preparation - 15 mins

Serves - many hungry and healthy peoples :)

Ingredients:

  • 1.5kg - 2kg leg of lamb
  • 3 x Cloves of garlic cut into slivers
  • 2 x Sprigs of rosemary, (cut into pieces to stuff in lamb with garlic)
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 x large onion, sliced
  • 20g of Butter
  • 1/4 Cup of Continental Parsley, Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of Chicken Stock
  • 3 x Spuds, peeled and halved
  • Some veg of your liking, chopped up  for steaming
