With so many choices, I can’t blame you if you feel a little overwhelmed with it all at times
You obviously want to make the most of your workouts
So what I’ve got for you TODAY is a workout flow we did in our SMS (Stretch, Move & Strengthen) class last Saturday
It’s full body and will target areas which I believe get missed out on a lot of workouts
Have a go and always, be mindful of your technique
