Row, Row, Row Your... Shoulders?

There are probably a few key fundamental exercises which are worth doing often

In my opinion, the Row is pretty important but often neglected

If you are someone who:

  • Does Lots of horizontal or even vertical push exercises i.e. bench pressing or overhead press

  • Sits in front of a computer

  • Wants to get strong

  • Needs to work on having healthier shoulders

  • Hit the pads (Boxing for fitness)

Then you should definitely add Row exercises into your programming or training regime
