Row, Row, Row Your... Shoulders?
There are probably a few key fundamental exercises which are worth doing often
In my opinion, the Row is pretty important but often neglected
If you are someone who:
Does Lots of horizontal or even vertical push exercises i.e. bench pressing or overhead press
Sits in front of a computer
Wants to get strong
Needs to work on having healthier shoulders
Hit the pads (Boxing for fitness)
Then you should definitely add Row exercises into your programming or training regime
